The company's Manhattan projects have included Americas Tower, a 50-story office tower at 1177 Avenue of the Americas -- US Headquarters to Bank Hapoalim and World Headquarters to PriceWaterhouseCoopers, The Crown Building, at Fifth Avenue and 57th Street, 40 Wall Street, a 70-story office tower, and Herald Center, a vertical retail center at Herald Square.

Americas Partners believes that in order to realize extraordinary gains, unique and undervalued opportunities must be identified and acquired before they become known to the marketplace.
One such project that Americas Partners is developing is "Israel By The Sea", an ultra luxury resort and membership club program at four premier seaside locations, designed to offer "True Luxury in Israel". Each location in the program will offer incomparable amenities, such as a world class spa, a championship golf course, tennis, water activities, and luxury accommodations at a magnificent nature reserve by one of Israel's four seas - starting at the Mt. Arbel Nature Reserve, 1300 feet over the Sea of Galilee, with 36 holes of championship golf designed by Robert Trent Jones II.

Americas Partners exemplified its ability to forge complex partnerships that create value with its 1995 joint venture acquisition of the Monticello Raceway, a 230-acre harness racing operation in the Catskill Mountains of New York.
In 2004, Americas Partners agreed to merge the Monticello Raceway into Empire Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ: NYNY, www.empireresorts.com) and opened a casino on the site.

Americas Partners initiated and is a development partner in an entertainment and tourism project in Israel's southernmost city of Eilat.
EILAT ENTERTAINMENT CITY is an expansion of Eilat's downtown core and is envisioned to become the "Heart of the Red Sea Riviera". The site adjoins over 25,000 existing hotel rooms and vacation apartments in Eilat, Aqaba, and Taba.

Joseph Bernstein is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Americas Partners, LLC. Currently, he is actively involved with Grandparents.com, Inc., a publicly traded company, as a principal and managing director, as a member of the Advisory Board of an Opportunity Fund, Curator LLC, (www.curatorllc.com), and as Chairman of the Board of Friends Beverage Group, LLC (www.funwine.com). He also maintains a tax and law practice with his son, Brett Bernstein. Mr. Bernstein holds a Master of Laws Degree (L.L.M.) in Taxation from the New York University Graduate School of Law (1975); a J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law (1974); an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California at Los Angeles Anderson School of Management (1971); and a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Agricultural Business Management from the University of California at Davis (1970).
