Joseph Bernstein is the owner and CEO of Americas Partners, LLC. Currently, he is actively involved with Grandparents.com LLC as a principal owner and Managing Director (www.grandparents.com); as a Managing Director of Curator LLC, a Special Opportunity Fund (www.curatorllc.com), and as Chairman of Colorado LLC, a pioneer in producing and marketing wine in cans (www.friendsjustwine.com). He also maintains a tax and law practice in New York with his son, Brett Bernstein. www.counsel-ny.com. Mr. Bernstein holds a Master of Laws Degree (L.L.M.) in Taxation from the New York University Graduate School of Law (1975); a J.D. from the University of California at Davis School of Law (1974); an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of California at Los Angeles Anderson School of Management (1971); and a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Agricultural Business Management from the University of California at Davis (1970).
